Sourdough Focaccia

Bring on the olive oil and balsamic and you'll be all set.  As with all of my sourdough breads the focaccia is made over a 3 day process.  Before baking I add olive oil from Healthy Harvest Olive Oil along with kalamata olives, fresh rosemary and some salt.  Great eaten that day or heat it up for an easy meal.
