This is a yummy loaf made with Tapioca starch, Millet flour, and Sorghum flours. I add maple syrup for a little sweetness and sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds. Since I am primarily a wheat bread baker this is not a bread for people with celiac. I make the bread before any other breads are made and everything has been sanitized but I would worry about cross contamination if you are sensitive. But if you are just trying to cut back on wheat products I think you will really enjoy this bread.
